Melody with Mimi Harmony

Grammy always has moved pretty quickly, she’s always been on top of her game. I just asked her, “can you move slower?” I mean she’s jumping between the counter and the fridge so quickly that I see for a brief moment her left foot wasn’t caught up with the move yet to switch her direction, that when she turned, thankfully her right foot caught her from falling so quickly that I didn’t have to even lunge yet. She said “Slow? Move slow? What are you kidding?” You just gotta laugh.

So first thing, “quickly, quickly” I just heard her say, “put the bagel in the toaster.” We’re eating everything bagels.

You’ll put cream cheese as a base on both sides. “And you can put it on thick because everyone likes cream cheese.” Put your lox on the bottom bagel (you can get your lox at the deli of your local grocery store). Grammy said, “just for the heck of it, I put a drizzle of horseradish sauce made by Boar’s Head.” Put Swiss cheese on the bagel with the lox and the cream cheese and microwave only that side. Once it’s out of the microwave sprinkle some chopped red onion. Then put them together and add some peperoncinis to your plate. Grammy likes the Greek and I like the Italian, which kind do you like?
